The area of Pehchevo municipality is part of the southeastern mountain massive of Macedonia, which has mountainous relief with plenty of endemic flora and fauna. The variety of animals is balanced and distributed evenly throughout all altitudes of the mountain.
On this walk, we will find “ Drosera Rotundiflora” – compact species in the carnivorous plant genus Drosera. It is the only place in Macedonia where this plant can be seen.
Nature has created beautiful waterfalls on the river Bregalnitsa and its tributaries offering breathtaking landscape. There is a total number of 5 waterfalls that have become available for visitors near Pehchevo.
